chochlate cookies

INGREDIENTS:-

500gms Maida
2tbsp rava
2tbsp besan
3tbsp chochlate powder
350 gms crushed sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
350gms ghee
1/2 cup chochlate chips
1tsp baking powder

METHOD:-

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above properly and make small cookies with hand in round shape.
Now bake all the cookies at 180 degree celsius for 30 min.
Remove the baking tray with hand gloves and let all the cookies cool down and then place in a airtight container.

cheesy corn samosa

INGREDIENTS:-

3-4 tbsps oil                                             1tsp coriander powder
2 onion finely chopped                          1tsp red chilli powder
10-12 garlic crushed                               1tsp garam masala
2tbsps gram flour                                    Salt to taste
1tsps ginger-chilly paste                         Suger to taste
1/4tsp black salt                                       2tbsps coriander chopped
2tsp dry mango powder                        2 corn boiled and crushed
Samosa patti (available in superstores)    oil to fry
2 cheese cube

METHOD:-


  • Ø Take a pan and add oil.Add  chopped garlic,ginger chilly paste and finely chopped onion .Saute till it turns brown.
    Ø Add gram flour to it.Saute it for 2min.
    Ø Add crushed boiled corn to it
    Ø Add all the masalas to it(as mentioned above)
    Ø Add grated cheese n coriander chopped
    Ø Add salt and sugar to taste
    Ø Mix well n sauté for 2 min
    Ø Now make slurry of 3tbsps gram flour and 3tbsps of corn flour to it.Add pinch of salt to it.
  • Ø Take out samosa patti from freezer before 15 min.
    Ø Now take one patti and fill the stuffing.Do the folding with the help of slurry ( see folding in you tube).
    Ø Dip fry in oil.
    Ø Serve with green coriander chatni and imli chatni
