DHOKLA BITES:-  (15 pieces)

INGREDIENTS:
·       
  • ·       Salsa sauce 1/2 cup
    ·       Boiled sweetcorn ½ cup
    ·       Idli batter 1/2kg
    ·       Salt pepper to taste
    ·       Oregano-chili flakes
    ·       Black olives & cheese slice to garnish


Method:
·     
             Mix salt in idli batter and keep in idli steamer for 30min.
·       After 30 min,dhokla are ready to remove from steamer,cut in square or triangle shape.
·       Now spread salsa sauce over it,put some sweetcorn,sprinkle salt-pepper.
·       Cut cheese slice in similar shape and place over it.
·       Now bake it for 5min in OTG till cheese melts.
·       Cut olives circularly and garnish on top of dhokla

·       Ready to serve.

cucumber carving#flower#designs#boat shape

CUCUMBER CARVING:-

1.CUCUMBER BOAT:-(to serve dip)
  • To make cucumber base,remove a lengthwise long thin slice from the cucumber
  • From the top of cucumber,make the two dip cuts from both the sides such that a small space in centre remains as it is to make the space for two dip(2 chatnis).
  • In both dip cuts,scoope and remove all the seeds from inside to make cavity.
  • give a zigzag cut on the whole boundry of cucumber and in the centre partition also
  • Cucumber boat is ready to serve the chatnis.(see in the image below)
2.CUCUMBER BOAT:-(for decoration only)
  • Put cucumber on plate 
  • Now cut one thin slice and just fold it with help of toothpick putting inside it.
  • Remove one slice from the base of cucumber and fold it and fix it by folding on the above folded layer with help of toothpick
  • put one triangle small shape carot on top of toothpick
  • Cut two more carrot in triangle shape and with help of toothpick insert on both sides of cucumber.(see in the image below)
3.CUCUMBER DESIGN:-


    • Remove one thin slice of cucumber and remove a small part of it by giving a slant cut
    • now on remaining slice,give thin line cut in whole slice
    • now fold one layer inside and leave the other
    • keep on doing alternatively to make design shown in the below image
    4.CUCUMBER FLOWER WITH FOUR PETALS:-
    • Make the cucumber standon surface and give a slice cut from the base to make it stand properly
    • Now from the top of cucumber give a cut in plus form till the 3/4 end to make four petals
    • Remove all the seeds from inside
    • Now give zigzag cut on sides of petal to give petal like shape
    • Make small leave shape cut in the centre of all four petals and remove it from the centre
    • The small leaves will stand inside and big zigzag shape will b in outside 
    • Put it in ice cold water so that flower can bloom nicely
    • Place a cherry inside in centre and flower is ready.(see in the image below)

    chochlate cookies

    INGREDIENTS:-

    500gms Maida
    2tbsp rava
    2tbsp besan
    3tbsp chochlate powder
    350 gms crushed sugar
    1tsp vanilla essence
    350gms ghee
    1/2 cup chochlate chips
    1tsp baking powder

    METHOD:-

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above properly and make small cookies with hand in round shape.
    Now bake all the cookies at 180 degree celsius for 30 min.
    Remove the baking tray with hand gloves and let all the cookies cool down and then place in a airtight container.

    cheesy corn samosa

    INGREDIENTS:-

    3-4 tbsps oil                                             1tsp coriander powder
    2 onion finely chopped                          1tsp red chilli powder
    10-12 garlic crushed                               1tsp garam masala
    2tbsps gram flour                                    Salt to taste
    1tsps ginger-chilly paste                         Suger to taste
    1/4tsp black salt                                       2tbsps coriander chopped
    2tsp dry mango powder                        2 corn boiled and crushed
    Samosa patti (available in superstores)    oil to fry
    2 cheese cube

    METHOD:-


    • Ø Take a pan and add oil.Add  chopped garlic,ginger chilly paste and finely chopped onion .Saute till it turns brown.
      Ø Add gram flour to it.Saute it for 2min.
      Ø Add crushed boiled corn to it
      Ø Add all the masalas to it(as mentioned above)
      Ø Add grated cheese n coriander chopped
      Ø Add salt and sugar to taste
      Ø Mix well n sauté for 2 min
      Ø Now make slurry of 3tbsps gram flour and 3tbsps of corn flour to it.Add pinch of salt to it.
    • Ø Take out samosa patti from freezer before 15 min.
      Ø Now take one patti and fill the stuffing.Do the folding with the help of slurry ( see folding in you tube).
      Ø Dip fry in oil.
      Ø Serve with green coriander chatni and imli chatni
